Founder Matthias Kampmann, a trained businessman with years of entrepreneurial experience, serves as a provider of capital with a focus on equity capital and structured capital solutions in demanding situations. Since 1989, our team has been guiding companies through every critical phase.

Founding
Initially, the company was founded by Matthias Kampmann as a management consultancy. The consulting focus lay in the areas of: Growth, Crisis, Restructuring, and Turnaround.

For many years, medium-sized companies and larger corporate structures were successfully advised. Through the close support of numerous investments and transactions, the focus shifted increasingly from consulting toward entrepreneurial implementation.

With growing investment experience, it became clear that sustainable solutions do not arise through consulting alone. Activities consistently evolved toward the direct provision of capital and the active shaping of corporate structures.
